PRODUCT DESIGNER · UX/UI · FOCUS ON PRODUCT ADOPTION

I design digital products that turn complexity into clarity.

I work with discovery, UX/UI and product systems. My focus is what happens next: reducing friction so people can activate and use the product, while teams can sustain it in day-to-day operations.

01 / ABOUT

ABOUTME

Product Designer focused on adoption and on making complex digital systems easier to use.

My background is in UX/UI, research and digital experience design, with a natural move into product work.

Adoption is the phase I care about most because it is where a product has to prove that people can understand it, start using it and fit it into a real context.

I enjoy problems where information, business rules and operational needs have to become a clear experience.

I work best where design, business and technology need to understand each other.

WHERE I ADD VALUE

Design does not end in Figma.

It matters when a product is easier to activate, use, build and operate.

01What problem are we actually solving?

02What is stopping someone from taking the next step?

03What needs to be understood first?

04Where does the product create avoidable friction?

05How does technical or commercial logic become a usable experience?

06What does the team need to keep that experience working?

02 / SELECTED WORK

Products that connect people, operations and business.

Six cases where design structures the problem, makes the next step clearer and prepares the product to be used and sustained.

TRACK A

Social, Civic Tech & Smart City

Products around community, local life, events, sport and urban services.

CASE 01Social & CivicFrom municipal agenda to local-life product platform

Entramos / León Agenda

Entramos started as an urban agenda for events, culture and local life. The challenge was to make one product work for citizens while also supporting organisers, venues, administration and promotion.

My work connected the frontstage experience with the backstage rules needed to publish, prioritise and promote content without turning the product into a collection of disconnected screens.

MY ROLE

UX/UI design, information architecture and core user flows.

Admin logic, promotional spaces, hierarchy and functional documentation for development.

SELECTED EVIDENCE

Work you can inspect, not just read about.

The selection shows the product decisions behind the case and how they connect to adoption.

MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

The adoption barrier was two-sided: people needed to understand and enjoy the experience, while the team behind it needed to operate promotion and content without adding friction.

INTERACTIVE DEMO · ADOPTION LENS

Interactive reconstruction based on the case.

OUTCOME

The product evolved from a municipal agenda into a broader, more structured proposition with product, operation and monetisation logic.

CASE 02Social & CivicA sports vertical built from reusable product knowledge

Grada

Grada explores how the discovery and community logic learned from the local agenda could move into sport without becoming a reskinned copy of Entramos.

The system had to support clubs, matches, events, families and communities while creating a clearer base for future validation and implementation.

MY ROLE

Concept framing, early product structure and narrative.

Visual system, first screens, product/admin states and handoff logic.

MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

Here adoption starts before launch: the vertical needs a logic people can recognise and a system clear enough to evolve and reach development without ambiguity.

OUTCOME

Grada established a distinct product direction and a design-system foundation that makes the vertical easier to extend, validate and implement.

CASE 03Social & CivicTurning local products into a more scalable architecture

CityLayer

CityLayer came from a strategic constraint: the existing products were too dependent on a B2G go-to-market model.

Instead of designing another app, I helped reframe Entramos and Grada as connected verticals within a more modular product and commercial architecture.

MY ROLE

Strategic analysis, positioning and product narrative.

Conceptual connection between verticals and documentation of the modular model.

CityLayer visual evidence
MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

For CityLayer I look at adoption from business and integration: if an architecture cannot be understood, explained and integrated, it is unlikely to find a real context of use.

INTERACTIVE DEMO · ADOPTION LENS

Interactive reconstruction based on the case.

Explore the product architecture
OUTCOME

The work created a more coherent product-family narrative and a clearer way to discuss integration and scalability.

TRACK B

B2B, Cybersecurity & Legal Tech

Technical, legal and commercial complexity translated into more usable product and service systems.

CASE 04B2B · CybersecurityTurning a technical product into an experience that is easier to adopt

Cybersecurity mobile app / INCIBE

I worked on the redesign of a cybersecurity mobile product developed in collaboration with INCIBE. The technical base was solid, but the experience needed to make risk, value and next actions easier to understand.

The design work focused on reducing uncertainty through structure, language, hierarchy and clearer flows.

MY ROLE

UX/UI redesign, value-proposition review and visual system.

Core flows, information hierarchy and B2B support materials.

SELECTED EVIDENCE

Work you can inspect, not just read about.

MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

This case makes my focus especially visible: reduce uncertainty, make the next action obvious and lower the cognitive cost of using a technical product.

INTERACTIVE DEMO · ADOPTION LENS

Interactive reconstruction based on the case.

Explore the experience flow
OUTCOME

The redesign made the product easier to understand and present, while giving the B2B narrative a more usable experience to support it.

CASE 05B2B · Legal TechProductising complex professional services

Cyber + Legal Tech Packs

The starting point was a complex mix of cybersecurity, digital-law and legal-tech services that was difficult to explain, compare and sell.

I treated the offer as a product-architecture problem: create clearer entry points, organise services into packs and connect the commercial layer with a future operational layer.

MY ROLE

Offer architecture, pack structure and value narrative.

Commercial materials, acquisition calculator and visual structure.

Cyber + Legal Tech Packs visual evidence
MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

Adoption starts before the contract: the client needs to understand what they need, while the commercial team needs one shared logic to explain it without creating more complexity.

INTERACTIVE DEMO · ADOPTION LENS

Interactive reconstruction based on the case.

Try the Packs logic
OUTCOME

The offer became easier to understand and use in commercial conversations, with a structure that could grow without being rebuilt from scratch.

CASE 06B2B · Product OperationsFrom commercial architecture to an operable system

Legal + Cyber operational layer / CRM

Once the Packs offer was structured, the next problem became operational: if the service is sold as a system, it also has to be managed as a system.

The CRM layer connects what the client bought with deliverables, time, service status, follow-up and the needs of legal, cybersecurity and business teams.

MY ROLE

Translation of commercial logic into operational logic.

Internal management structure, modules, states and functional documentation.

SELECTED EVIDENCE

Work you can inspect, not just read about.

The selection shows the product decisions behind the case and how they connect to adoption.

MY FOCUS · ADOPTION

Here adoption continues after the sale: what was promised must remain understandable to the client while the internal team can manage and deliver it consistently.

INTERACTIVE DEMO · ADOPTION LENS

Explore the operational system
OUTCOME

The operational layer closed the loop between what is sold, what the client sees and what the team needs to manage every day.

03 / HOW I WORK

Understand, structure, design, translate and facilitate adoption.

I work with discovery, information architecture, UX/UI, functional documentation and handoff. I keep developing those capabilities; I use them to help products become easier to understand, activate, use and sustain.

  1. 01Understand the system

Users, business, constraints, actors, channels and context.

  2. 02Structure complexity

Find patterns, group information and separate signal from noise.

  3. 03Design the experience

Flows, architecture, screens, hierarchy, states and components.

  4. 04Translate

Document decisions and connect visual logic with functional behaviour.

  5. 05Facilitate adoption

Reduce the distance between what the product promises and what people and teams can actually use and sustain.

HOW I WORK WITH DEVELOPMENT

I am not a developer, but I understand enough technical logic to design, document and collaborate better. Development should not have to guess what the design means.
